1. No Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR)

  • Educational Purpose: All website content—including articles, blog posts, and resources—is strictly for informational purposes. It is not professional veterinary advice.

  • No Relationship: Using this Site or submitting contact forms does not establish a VCPR.

  • Physical Exam: Per the Arkansas Veterinary Medical Practice Act, a valid VCPR requires an in-person physical examination of your animal. Never delay seeking professional medical care because of information read online.

 

2. Emergency Care Disclaimer

  • No 24/7 Monitoring: This Site and its forms are not monitored 24/7. Do not use them for veterinary emergencies.

  • Emergency Protocol: If your animal experiences an emergency during business hours, call our Arkadelphia office directly at 870-246-2497. After hours, immediately contact the nearest available emergency or urgent care facility, such as Out West Veterinary Urgent Care in Little Rock at (501) 319-7355.

 

3. Walk-In Policy and Prescription Refills

  • No Appointments: We operate strictly as a walk-in facility and do not take scheduled appointments or charge cancellation fees. Triage priority is given based on medical urgency.

  • Refill Mandate: Online prescription and therapeutic diet requests are only processed if your pet has a valid, active VCPR, including an in-person physical exam within the past 12 months, per Arkansas Veterinary Medical Examining Committee rules.

 

4. Payments and Estimates

  • Point of Service: All payments are due in full when services are rendered. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, CareCredit, and Scratchpay.

  • Pricing Estimates: Online or emailed estimates are generalized. Final pricing is determined in-person based on diagnostic findings.

 

5. Intellectual Property and Liability

  • Clinic Property: All Site text, logos, graphics, and images belong to the Clinic and are protected by U.S. copyright laws.

  • No Site Liability: This Site is provided "as-is." We are not liable for errors, technical issues, or the content of linked third-party websites.

 

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Arkansas Scope: These Terms are governed by the laws of the ** State of Arkansas**.
